Public search

Use GET /api/search with location, checkIn, checkOut, adults, children, infants, pets, flex, bedrooms, and amenities. Dates use YYYY-MM-DD. Supported flexibility is 0, 1, 2, 7, or 14 days.

Truthful availability

Search returns a mode field. Editorial results are public property inspiration and do not establish availability, prices, or booking capability. Live results come from Guesty. A quote is required for the final stay price and policy.

Markdown and remote MCP

Read agents.md for the complete contract. Public Markdown endpoints include /search.md, /quote.md and /llms/properties/<slug>.md. The AI sitemap lists property Markdown. Connect a Streamable HTTP MCP client to /mcp; discovery metadata lists 14 tools. No login or API key is required for public discovery. Scoped quote tokens protect booking handoff and status. The complete_booking tool returns a guest checkout link; it does not charge or reserve.

Browser WebMCP

Supported browsers can discover the read-only search_abode_homes tool through navigator.modelContext. Browsers without this capability can use the public HTTP search interface.

Booking authority

Never treat a search result or itinerary idea as a reservation. The guest must review exact dates, travelers, rate, cancellation terms, merchant, and payment schedule in checkout. Member offers require verified Journey eligibility.

Experiences and privacy

Experience ideas are explicitly marked as concepts until live Epicurate or provider inventory is connected. Private member details and reservations require authenticated access. Do not request or transmit raw card details in chat.
